With “Deep, Dark, Silent”, Mother Augusta offer the first glimpse into their forthcoming third album “Labyrinths of Pain”. The single premieres with an official music video on our YouTube channel on 26 October 2026 at 20:00 CET.
“Labyrinths of Pain” will be released on CD and digitally through Talheim Records on 7 November 2026. Across six tracks, the album brings black metal and depressive-rock atmosphere together in an introspective journey through memory, unrest and the abyss within.
A drive through deep, dark and silent nights
“Deep, Dark, Silent” captures nights when insomnia and oppressive thoughts seem to leave only one escape: getting into the car and driving without a destination. The road becomes an in-between space where outward motion meets inner paralysis.
The song moves through solitude, fear and the recurring sense of an abyss rising from within. It opens the world of “Labyrinths of Pain” through sleepless hours, restless roads and the quiet pull of thoughts that cannot simply be left behind.
