See Disappear captures the moment in which a person remains physically present while irretrievably fading away. A Grey Day in Summer turns a sudden change of weather into an image of loss: cold breaks into warmth and leaves behind a world that has changed while appearing outwardly the same. Mountains of Anxiety moves through an inner forest of fear, medicated heaviness and depression, while The Empty Smile examines the mask-like expression beneath which disappointment, anger and apathy continue to work. The result is not a loose set of songs but a connected architecture of negative experience: loss opens the path to estrangement, anxiety becomes an apparently impassable landscape, and the empty smile forms the visible surface of an invisible process. Aukka and Uruksoth were joined for the recording by the drummer of Gaerea and the bassist of Hrizg. The album is available as a CD digipak and digitally.
