## Our Principles

Talheim Records stands for long-term collaboration, clear communication and releases that remain true to the identity of each project.

These principles guide how we work with artists, make decisions and develop the catalogue.

## Collaboration, not a service

Artists are partners, not entries in a catalogue. Releases grow through dialogue, mutual trust and a shared understanding of the intended result.

## Work transparently

Communication, responsibilities and accounting should remain clear. Artists must be able to understand how their release is created and how it develops.

## Think long-term

We support projects beyond individual campaigns. A catalogue gains meaning when artistic development remains visible and relationships endure.

## Release deliberately

Quality comes before quantity. Releases do not need to look alike, but each one should be handled with musical, visual and editorial care.

## Preserve physical editions

Music should not exist only as a file. Carefully produced CDs, vinyl and special editions give a release a lasting physical form.

## Produce responsibly

For merchandise, we value quality and traceable manufacturing. Some of our textiles are made by Neutral®, whose products include certifications such as GOTS, Fairtrade, SA8000, EU Ecolabel and OEKO-TEX.

## Respect artistic integrity

The identity of each project comes first. Our role is to help artists present their music credibly and in a form that suits their work.

## Remain independent

We do not follow short-term trends. The catalogue grows deliberately, at its own pace and with a clear sense of purpose.
